Bill Andrew and Associates Ltd was established in 2004 by the Principal of the Company, Bill Andrew, to offer Project Management and Consulting Engineering Services. Currently it is a sole practitioner business as it establishes clients and provides services, principally as the client's representative, in the Development of Airport, Marine and other Infrastructure Projects.

BA&A brings a broad experience in a diverse range of projects spread over a large geographical area. Experience ranges from establishing, implementing and project managing the Airport and Marine Port Development Programs, Transportation, Recreational, Utilities and Commercial Infrastructure Developments as Client Representative and Consultant.

BA&A has worked on Airport Projects in New Zealand and American Samoa; Port projects in the UK, Fiji and American Samoa, Utility Services, Mining, Transportation, Industrial, Land Development in New Zealand; Educational and Housing/Apartment Developments in the UK; and Agriculture, Fisheries and Country Park Recreational Facilities in Hong Kong. The company offers over 35 years in the Management of Development projects.

The Principal of BA&A has a proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, to approved budgets, and meet the end users specific operational requirements.
